Nomination Information

Nomination Form - Form 1

**Please Note** In 2017 the Province of Ontario passed legislation to amend the Municipal Elections Act, 1996. One of the changes was that, for the 2018 municipal election a candidate would require 25 signatures to endorse their Nomination Form. In April 2018, the Province of Ontario amended this legislation to exclude municipalities with under 4000 electors, therefore, candidates for municipal council in Killaloe, Hagarty and Richards do not require this endorsement.

Nomination Forms can be filed at the township office from May 1, 2018 to July 26, 2018 during regular office hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm), and on Nomination Day (July 27, 2018) from 9:00 am to 2:00 pm.
